We have 9 automatic presses, in-house film processing, and
we custom mix all our own inks. Our production volume has
placed Studio 1204 in the Impressions Magazine "100 Top
Volume Textile Screen Printers" List every year we have
entered. At present, each machine is producing a capacity
of 2,400 to 3,600 prints per shift, so large orders are not
a problem.

ART
DEPARTMENT
Through
the use of Apple's ColorSync © technology, custom color
settings are applied to client artwork. In order to produce
the broadest spectrum of hues and values, our art department
prefers to receive all art files in RGB color. Once images
have been converted to CMYK, the percentages of each process
color is carefully adjusted to produce a remarkably accurate
likeness of the original art.
